  • 1 Handful Flavoured Oats
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Strawberries, Blueberries, Kiwis (Any fruit you like works here!)
  • 1 tsp Crushed Almonds (for sprinkling ontop)
  • 1 tsp Honey (Optional for drizzle)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait in your home by yourself.

  • In a medium sized clear glass add a first layer of yogurt

  • Next add an even layer of oats or granola
  • Step 3
  • On top pile some fruit (blueberries/strawberries)
