  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

How to Make Healthy Hot Wings

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Healthy Hot Wings in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil chicken wings in large pot until cooked.
  • Step 2
  • Carefully remove skin and cut wings into hands, forearms, and upper arms. Discard hands and skin. Use a sharp knife and be careful when removing skin so that you don't lose any meat.
  • Step 3
  • In a large bowl, mix together vegetable oil and seasonings. Toss chicken in mixture ensuring that all sides of chicken are coated.
  • Step 4
  • Apply cooking spray to a baking pan and align chicken pieces evenly on the pan. Bake chicken for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  • Step 5
  • Yields 4 servings. For spicier wings, add more cayenne pepper.
