  • 1 jar of store-bought salsa
  • 1 can 14 oz less-sodium beef broth
  • 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
