  • Meatloaf
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 packages Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Instant Brown Rice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Barbeque Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup

How to Make Healthy Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Healthy Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set oven to 350° and spray loaf pan with non stick spray
  • Step 2
  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a mixing bowl with your hands or spoon.
  • Step 3
  • Place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and place in oven for 55 minutes
  • Step 4
  • Pour Glaze mixture on top of Meatloaf and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Step 6
  • Serve.
