Ingredients: Healthy Mixed Brown Rice

  • 1 cup Instant brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup Stir fry veggies (I used broccoli mix)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chopped chicken breast (I used 1 sweet turkey sausage)
  • 1/2 tbsp 6 pepper spice seasoning (tons)

How to Make Healthy Mixed Brown Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Healthy Mixed Brown Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook rice as directed on package add 1 clove of garlic , 1/2 teaspoon of salt pepper and teaspoon of 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in pot and cook rice as directed .
  • Step 2
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet add meat and seasoning cook meat till (cooked) browned on both sides . Add veggies to meat and let it steam for 5 min.
  • Step 3
  • Add to Rice once cook and mix. Serve Hot. Add chop green onions if desired.
