  • 1 cup oats blended into a powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • to taste honey/maple syrup
  • Olive oil/coconut oil

    Step 1
  • Cut the pumkin in pieces and put in a pot to boil for 5 minutes (Until it gets soft)
  • Step 2
  • If you don't have powder oats don't panic just put rolled oats in the blender...
  • Step 3
  • When the oats look like powder, just had the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon also inside the blender. (1 minute)
  • Step 4
  • Take a pan and put some olive oil or coconut oil. When hot, pour in until you get the size desired. Cook on both sides.

  • Top it up with honey or maple syrup
