  • 2 cup purple onion, diced

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 parsley, for garnish
  • 1 garlic sea salt to taste
  • 1 pepper, to taste

  • Dice onion, cucumber and tomato
  • Step 2
  • Bring water, bullion cube and quinoa to a boil.
