  • 1 each cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 can't believe it's not butter spray
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 1 salt for cauliflower

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Step 2
  • Over medium high add oil, add ground turkey, onions cook until browned.

  • Add veggies and garlic, stir 5minutes.

  • Bring medium pot of salted water to boil, add cauliflower, cook until tender.

  • 8x8 dish spray with cooking spray, add meat mixture.
  • Step 8
  • Spread cauliflower over meat mixture, spray with can't believe it's not butter.
  • Step 9
  • Cook for 30 minutes until browned on top. Let cool for 20 minutes. Enjoy
