  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/4 Capsicum
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/3 Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Medium Spicy Whole Green Chilly
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

How to Make Healthy Spicy Egg Salad.

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and add turmeric and salt.

  • Lower the heat and add 3 whole eggs and begin stirring. Like scrambled eggs.
