  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 2 to 3 Chikuwa
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 dash, (to taste) Daikon radish sprouts

How to Make Healthy Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Oyster Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Healthy Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Oyster Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chikuwa in half, then thinly slice lengthwise. Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
  • Step 2
  • Heat a wok with oil, then add salt. Add the bean sprouts and stir fry over high heat until cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Some water will come out of the bean sprouts. Discard this along with the excess oil. (You'll be removing excess salt too.)
  • Step 4
  • Add the chikuwa, flavor with oyster sauce and pepper, and stir fry quickly to finish.
  • Step 5
  • Add radish sprouts or chopped green onions to make it look more appetizing.
