  • 1 tsp ●Miso
  • 1/2 tsp or more ●Doubanjiang
  • 200 ml ●Water
  • 1 ●Garlic
  • 1 to swirl in Sesame oil

How to Make Hearty but Meat-free Japchae with Atsuage

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Hearty but Meat-free Japchae with Atsuage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place the ★ ingredients into a small dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave until the mushrooms have softened. Combine the ● ingredients and the ★ liquid from the mushrooms in a frying pan to dissolve. It's okay if some lumps remain.
