  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 kosher salt to taste
  • 1 Mckormics Cajun seasoning to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cumin to taste
  • 1 dash chili powder
  • 2 cup peeled white potatoes diced
  • 1/4 bunch kale chopped
  • 1 can cannelini beans drained and rinsed

  • Saute onions and garlic over medium heat until softened. Be sure to not burn the garlic!

  • Add potatoes and cannelini beans and combine together.
