  • 2 each Heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 each Fresh ball Buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil
  • 1 bunch Fresh Baby Arugula
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Heirloom Caprese Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make a small bed of Arugula on each plate.
  • Step 2
  • Thinly slice each tomato and lay a slice or two of each one on the plates.
