  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter; melted
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 kosher salt and peppercorn melange
  • 1 vegetable oil; as needed

  • Heat oil in an oven safe saute pan. Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Cover steak with just enough oil to cover.
