  • 1 1/2 stick butter; cubed
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese; grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large dollop of sour cream
  • 1 salt and pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Herb Mashed Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cover potatoes and garlic with cold water. Add a pinch of salt. Boil until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.
