  • 12 Red Potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped oregano
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 salt (to liking)
  • 1 pepper (to liking)

    Step 1
  • Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Drain
  • Step 3
  • Oil pan with oil of choice
  • Step 4

  • Mix fresh herbs and garlic and butter in a small dish and melt in microwave until butter is completely melted
