  • Once it's hot enough carefully place the parchment paper at the bottom of the pot and place the dough ball in the center of the pot.
  • Step 9
  • Bake for 30 minutes covered with the lid.
  • Step 10
  • Remove lid and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  • Step 11
  • Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. And enjoy.
