  • Step 4
  • to make meringue, in a mixing bowl add egg whites, beat on high with electric mixer, untill a soft peak froms, then add crema tart, and sugar, slowly adding the sugar. beat untill a stiff peak from, spread over the banana pudding, add the almonda.
  • Step 5
  • put in refrigerator for 2 hours are more longer the better
