Ingredients: Homemade Black Sesame Tofu

  • 250 ml Soy milk (additive-free)
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 5 grams ☆Gelatin
  • 20 ml ☆Water
  • 3 tbsp Ground black sesame seeds
  • Sauce
  • 50 ml Ponzu
  • 25 grams Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds

How to Make Homemade Black Sesame Tofu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Homemade Black Sesame Tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the ☆ gelatin to the water and leave to soak.
  • Step 2
  • Add the soy milk and salt into a pan and heat. Just before it begins to boil, add the gelatin and water from Step 1 and completely dissolve.
  • Step 3
  • Add the ground black sesame seeds to the pan and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and leave in the refrigerator for 1 day to firm up.
  • Step 4
  • Cut and serve. Add the sauce ingredients to a bottle and shake thoroughly! Drizzle the sauce over the top and eat.
