  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 3 clove of Garlic, crushed

  • 1 tbsp dried Basil
  • 4 rounds of shop brought bread, blended into crumbs
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to season
  • 1 Egg, beaten (have another ready just in case)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Homemade Burgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place the meat, puree, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, spinach, basil all together in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
  • Gradually add the egg until the mixture becomes a firm combined mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Shape into burgers, place them on and cover with greaseproof paper, storing in the fridge to rest for a couple of hours, overnight better.
  • Step 5
  • Cook when ready, or if meat was fresh you could freeze them.
