  • 1 small can condensed milk
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

How to Make Homemade Butter Pecan

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Homemade Butter Pecan in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a medium sized skillet, toast pecans. Remove when they are lightly browned, to avoid over cooking them. Set them aside.
  • Step 2
  • Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. With a hand mixer, or a whisk, make 2 stiff heaps of cream. This will not take long. *best results if whisk/beaters & bowl are kept frozen until preparation.
  • Step 3
  • Pour condensed milk, pecans, maple extract, and melted butter into a large bowl. Mix ingredients together well.
  • Step 4
  • Fold the cream into the mixture. Until blended together.
  • Step 5
  • Freeze for 6+ hours.
  • Step 6
