  • 1 Salt, pepper and hot sauce
  • 1 as needed Olive oil
  • 1 dash Flour

  • Cut tortillas in half.
  • Step 2
  • In a small bowl mix together flour and 1 tbsp water together and make a thick paste.

  • Step 6
  • Line skillet in about a half inch of olive oil on medium heat. Once hot, fry the samosas two at a time, turning occasionally till they become golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 7
  • Serve the samosas with dips of your choice. i.e. Hummus, sour cream, Marsala sauce etc
