  • 200 ml Soy milk (additive-free)
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tbsp Sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 2 pinch Salt

How to Make Homemade Sesame Tofu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Homemade Sesame Tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the soy milk and katakuriko to a non-stick frying pan and mix to dissolve the katakuriko.
  • Step 2
  • Put over low heat, add the salt and mix with a wooden spatula so that clumps don't form.
  • Step 3
  • Once it has become sticky, mix in the sesame paste and ground sesame seeds.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Once it has cooled and hardened, it's done.
