  • 10 lb Turkey breast; bone-in
  • 3/4 C honey
  • 2 T Italian seasoning
  • 2 T garlic powder
  • 1 T dried lemon peel seasoning
  • 1 T dried minced onions
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 t ground celery seed
  • 6 stalk celery; rough chop
  • 6 large onions; large dice
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 3 cans chicken stock
  • 1 bundle parsely stems
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  • olive oil; as needed

How to Make Honey & Lemon Turkey Breast

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Honey & Lemon Turkey Breast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine chicken stock, parsely, bay leaf, carrots, onions, celery in a large roasting pan. Add 1 head of smashed garlic cloves ( wouldnt fit in ingredient list). Add turkey. Cover with foil. Roast at 250° for 3 hours. Uncover. Drizzle olive oil atop the breast. Season.
  • Step 2
  • Strain liquid. Reserve for gravy.
  • Step 3
  • Finish roasting uncovered at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until thermometer reaches 160°
  • Step 4
  • Let turkey carry over cook to 165°. Pour honey over top after taking turkey out of the oven.
