  • 30 grams Whole wheat flour

  • 133 grams plus Soy milk (unprocessed)
  • 2 grams Instant dry yeast
  • For kettling
  • 1 liter Hot water
  • 1 tbsp Honey

    Step 1
  • Put all ingredients into a bowl and knead by putting your weight into it.
