  • 270 grams Bread (strong) flour

  • 1 medium spoon Dry yeast
  • 40 grams Melted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 ml, combined with the egg Warm milk
  • Stewed apple
  • 2 Apples
  • 4 tbsp Soft brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 50 ml Water

How to Make Honey Apple Fluffy Bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Honey Apple Fluffy Bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Use the bread maker to make the dough up to the rising. Microwave the butter to melt it, and microwave the milk to warm it up to about 40℃. Add in the ingredients, and start the dough mode.
  • Step 2
  • Make the stewed apples. Peel the apples,and cut into 1cm thick small pieces. Add the ingredients to a pot, cover with a drop-lid, and stew.
  • Step 3
  • Turn off the heat once the juices have evaporated. When the dough is ready, take it out of the bread maker and put it on a cutting board.Punch it down and roll it out to the size of the cutting board.
  • Step 4
  • Roll out the dough evenly, spread out the apples, and roll the dough up from the front. Cut into 12 equal portions, and place two apiece into aluminum baking cups.
  • Step 5
  • Use your oven's bread-rising setting for the final rising, at 40℃ for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the dough with granulated sugar once it has doubled in size. Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Keep an eye on the color, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for an additional 20 minutes. The fluffy apple bread is now done.
