Ingredients: Honey lemon wings

  • 1 1/2 kg chicken wings ,or 2 kgs
  • 2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chilli sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp dry oregano
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp mixed white and black sesame
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Honey lemon wings

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Honey lemon wings in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients,except wings and sesame seeds ,whisk well ,add to soup pot ,set on medium heat
  • Step 2
  • Add chicken wings ,let it cook ,simmer about 1 hour,stir occasionly
  • Step 3
  • After 1 hour,transfer to baking tray over parchment paper or foils ,springkel with sesame seeds ,bake about 30(180c ) mins for light brown color ,while still simmering sauce in the pot until thick
  • Step 4
  • Dip baked wings into sauce ,serve hot :)
