  • 25 grams ●Sugar
  • 15 grams ●Honey
  • 4 grams ●Salt
  • 170 ml ●Milk
  • 5 grams ●Dry yeast
  • 100 grams Walnuts
  • 1 Beaten egg (for glazing)
