  • 200 grams ★Lightly drained yogurt
  • 3 ★Eggs
  • 80 grams ★Honey
  • 1 tbsp ★Lemon juice
  • 70 grams ☆Cake flour
  • 1 tsp ☆Baking powder
  • 1 Margarine for greasing the pan
  • 1 Powdered sugar

How to Make Honey Yogurt Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Honey Yogurt Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the water separated from the yogurt. Grease a cake pan with margarine, and sprinkle powdered sugar. Sift the ☆ ingredients into a bowl. Preheat the oven to 170℃.
  • Step 2
  • Add all the ★ ingredients to the Step 1 bowl, and mix well with a whisk. Pour into the pan. Fill a baking sheet with hot water, and bake in a water bath for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 150℃ and continue baking for 15 minutes. When freshly baked, it rises as illustrated in the picture, but when cooled, it will deflate.
