  • 100 grams Caster Sugar
  • 150 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 500 grams Cream Cheese
  • 300 ml Double Cream
  • 200 grams Digestive Biscuits
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or 1 Pod)
  • 2 Bags of Cadburys Crunchie Nuggets

How to Make Honeycomb Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Honeycomb Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grease a 23cm tin and smash the biscuits in a bag. Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat, add the crumbs and stir. Remove from heat, place in tin and squash down. Set in the fridge for 1hr.
  • Step 2
  • Place cheese, sugar and extract in a bowl and mix.
  • Step 3
  • Whisk cream in a separate bowl until it creates soft peaks. Pour in the bags of Crunchie Nuggets and mix. Add the cheese mix and fold in.
  • Step 4
  • Place the mix on the base and set in the fridge for 1hr. Sprinkle honeycomb on top to decorate!
