  • 1 cucumber cut into 1/4 in half moons
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 4 (6 oz) skinless boneless salmon fillets
  • 6 oz spinach

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Horseradish salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 475°F
  • Step 2
  • Toss cucumber, vinegar, 1 tbsp dill 1 tbsp oil and salt and pepper together
  • Step 3
  • In another bowl combine horseradish, remaining dill, panko and oil.
  • Step 4
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet sprinkle with salt and pepper then top with panko mixture
  • Step 5
  • Bake until golden brown on top, about 8 min
  • Step 6
  • Toss spinach with cucumber, serve with salmon
