  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (fresh grated)
  • 6 oz Beer

  • Combine butter and flour over medium low heat in a large sauce pan. Whisk until thoroughly combined and smooth.
