  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 slice Bread
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Hot Cheese Puffs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Hot Cheese Puffs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut bread slices in thirds toast on one side under broiler
  • Step 2
  • When bread slices toasted remove from oven and flip over to untoasted side.
  • Step 3
  • In small mixing bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Step 4
  • Fold remaining ingredients in egg whites until combined, be gentle!
  • Step 5
  • Spoon mixture on untoasted side of bread slices return to broiler for approximately five minutes. Once mixture is puffy and slightly brown it's all done. Hope all enjoy this simple snack or bread side.
