  • 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (room temp)
  • 8 oz container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp cream-style prepared horseradish
  • 2 2.5 ounce packages sliced dried beef, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp dillweed

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Step 2
  • In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, milk and horseradish until combined. Stir in dried beef, onion, celery and dillweed. Transfer mixture to a seasoned or greased 8-9 inch cast iron skillet.
