  • 250 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 10 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 250 grams Milk Chocolate
  • 5 Eggs
  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • 300 grams Caster Sugar
  • 250 grams Plain Flour

How to Make Hot Chocolate Fondant

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Hot Chocolate Fondant in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 160'c
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter, cocoa powder and chocolate together in a pan
  • Step 3
  • Whisk eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until pale
  • Step 4
  • Mix the 2 mixtures together then fold in the flour
  • Step 5
  • Butter and flour some individual moulds and spoon mixture in to fill 3/4 of the mould
  • Step 6
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Step 7
  • Once ready, turn out into a bowl. Outside should be a cake texture and inside a soft melted chocolate
