  • 1 lb (16 ounces) Ground Turkey
  • 12 oz Chorizo
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 White Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Spoonful Minced/ Roasted Garlic
  • 2 can (30 Ounces) Pinto Beans
  • 1 can (15 Ounces) Kidney Beans
  • 2 can (20 Ounces) Rotel (1 Hot/ 1 Mild)
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 12 oz IPA Beer
  • 3 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Bay Leaf

How to Make Hot IPA Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Hot IPA Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Melt the butter over low heat in a 7 ounce Dutch Oven. Add onions and slowly cook until translucent
  • Step 2
  • Add garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Step 3
  • Brown the meat in a seperate pan. After brown, set aside and cook the Chorizo. When chorizo is browned, add all the meat to the Dutch Oven
  • Step 4
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Step 5
  • The longer the better! Cook for a minimum of 4-6 Hours. ENJOY!
