  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 2 cup Alfredo sauce jarred
  • 1 lb Orzo
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, crushed red pepper, parsley flakes
  • 1 lb Chicken, cooked

How to Make Hot Orzo Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Hot Orzo Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook orzo according to package.
  • Step 2
  • Defrost spinach in microwave for 3-5 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Drain artichoke hearts. Mix with spinach in bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Season to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Drain orzo. Add to spinach mixture.
  • Step 5
  • Add in sauce and chicken. Mix well. Top with cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Wrap baking dish with foil. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Unwrap and broil until cheese is brown. Serve immediately.
