  • 1/4 cup yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Hotdog and cabbage Okazu in your home by yourself.

  • Coarsely shred the cabbage. Add salt, mix well, and set aside, at least 15 minutes.
