  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Chinese chicken stock granules
  • 1/2 tsp Juice from grated ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 2 tbsp Zhi ma jiang (sesame paste or peanut butter)
  • 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp Boiling water
  • 120 ml Mineral water (tap water)
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
