  • For the 2nd rising, re-heat the water and transfer it to a big frying pan. Put the baking tray with the formed dough on top of the frying pan. Cover with a flour-dusted piece of plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out.
  • Step 6
  • If the water in the pot gets cold, heat it up briefly. ※ Remove the steamer.
