  • 2 lb Chicken wings (or more)
  • Huli Huli Marinade
  • 1 can Pineapple juice frozen concentrate (12 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sherry
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Powder garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

How to Make Huli Huli Wings

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Huli Huli Wings in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix marinade and marinate chicken wings for 4 to 24 hours. Then remove wings and pat dry (discard this marinade).
  • Step 2
  • Set up grill for Indirect Heat with a drip pan in the middle. Add water to the drip pan.
  • Step 3
  • Place wings on the grill over the drip pan and cook at 325°F for about 45 minutes. (Caution, because the amount of sugar this can burn easily so keep an eye on the temperature).
  • Step 4
  • When the juices run clear and the interior temperature is 170°F removed from the grill and let rest 5 minutes or so before serving.
