  • 6 tbsp greek plain yogurt
  • 4 tbsp garlic (minced from the jar)
  • 3 tbsp tahini OR 4 of creamy peanut butter (trust me)
  • 4 tbsp cilantro paste
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 can chick peas

How to Make hummus (Jay's)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make hummus (Jay's) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • rinse n drain peas till bubbles dissipate
  • Step 2
  • place all ingredients into blender n mix till paste-like texture.
  • Step 3
  • (optional) top with olive oil n chopped black olives and/or pine nuts, dried roasted tomatoes or red peppers.
