Ingredients: Hummus

  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 16 oz can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp minced black ripened olives
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chickpea juice

How to Make Hummus

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Hummus in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a blender add chickpeas and blend till it's becoming paste like. Add chickpea liquid.
  • Step 2
  • Add tahini, salt, garlic, and oil blend well. Add lemon juice blend again.
  • Step 3
  • Put into a container add minced olives stir well.
  • Step 4
  • Serve with your favorite chip or crackers.
