Ingredients: Hummus

  • 4 Tbsp light tahini paste
  • 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium sized garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Cumin
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2-4 Tbsp water
  • 400 g tin of chick peas
  • Sprinkle of paprika

How to Make Hummus

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Hummus in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • First purée the tahini and lemon juice
  • Step 2
  • Then add olive oil, garlic, and seasoning and purée.
  • Step 3
  • Then add half the chickpeas and purée. Add the rest of the chickpeas and purée.
  • Step 4
  • Gradually add water while pureeing until desired consistency it achieved.
  • Step 5
  • Decant into a dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
