  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped in small cubes
  • 1 medium onion chopped in small cubes
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 pinch Turmeric powder large pinch
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

How to Make Hussain's Masala scrambled eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Hussain's Masala scrambled eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the oil in a non stick pan large enough for 4 eggs
  • Step 2
  • Add the chopped onions and stir for 2 minutes and add the chopped garlic
  • Step 3
  • As the onions become transparent add the tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Add all the spices to the pan and stir for 2 minutes and add the eggs, salt and chopped coriander and stir well.
  • Step 5
  • Garnish with some coriander or tomatoe ketchup. Serve with plain or toasted slice bread.
