  • 1 can (16 ounces) green beans, drained

  • 1 jar (4 ounces) pimiento, chopped and drained
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • Combine all vegetables in a large glass bowl; set aside.
