  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup powered sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of pumpkin pie spice


If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make ICED PUMPKIN COOKIES in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350° . Measure flour, b.soda,b.powder, cinnamon,pumpkin pie spice in a bowl set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Cream butter & sugar together. Add egg. Mix well. Add pumpkin & vanilla. Add dry in ing. Mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Dip by tbsp.onto your prepared cookie sheet. Space about 2" apart. Wet fingertips and flatten cookies a little bit.
  • Step 4
  • Bake 12-16 min.or until done. Cool. Mix last 5 ing. Together. Dip cookies in the glaze. Let them set up. Store away and enjoy.
