  • 10 pieces Aburaage (squares)
  • 150 to 200 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 700 grams ● Cooked rice
  • 60 ml ● Sushi vinegar

How to Make Inari Sushi

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Inari Sushi in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the aburaage in half.
  • Step 2
  • Pour hot water to drain the excess oil.
  • Step 3
  • Put the bean curd, water, sugar and soy sauce in a pan, use aluminum foil as a drop lid and cook it slowly over a low flame.
  • Step 4
  • Cook until the liquid is almost gone then turn off the heat. Stuff the sushi rice into the bean curd when the rice has cooled down. Done.
