  • 2 cup white rice or brown rice

  • 2 old el paso red tomato cooking sauce
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 bell peppers (any color you like)

  • Then add both packets of your old el paso sauce to the pot and mix together.
  • Step 9
  • Once you plate it you can top it off with how ever much cheese you like.
