  • 4 cup corn chex (or chex of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cup seasoned, stiff hot mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 10 oz frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Irish Potato Bake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Irish Potato Bake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grease 1 1/2 qt shallow baking dish.
  • Step 2
  • Thoroughly combine chex & butter. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Combine potatoes, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, & broccoli. Stir gently until well mixed. Spread half of mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheese, then half of crumbs. Repeat.
  • Step 4
  • Bake in 350°F oven for 25 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
